Milestone Reached:

The official BMTG vehicle turned 100,000 miles while passing the Buttonwillow Rest Area (longitude 119.42295, latitude 35.41764), about 25 miles from Bakersfield and about 124 miles from Panoche (pronounced Pa-noke), to the tune of Aerosmith's "Back in the Saddle".

Additional Title:

Proposal to add the title of "BMTG Impressionist" to Throcksmorton was approved. No special privileges accompany the title. Throcksmorton is available to do any impression, but specializes in the following famous people:

The Diesel is still responsible for providing Asian impressions.
Ahchie is still responsible for the Tobey Maguire Spiderman impression.

Language Guide Additions:

"Captain Morgan moment" refers to incidents that are frequently laced with profanity. Different than going "cold turkey," which is pure frustration with no animosity toward fellow man, a Captain Morgan moment is jolly, but profane. Captain Morgan references always refer to Captain Morgan consumption in excess.

"Ruth" refers to a rush job, as in "Don't Ruth it," or "Sorry fellas, this job was done in Ruthian fashion."

Question:

1. Would you eat the moon if it was made of ribs?

Diesel NO! Too...much...fat! Brother Nature would lick some bone marrow when no one is looking.
Brother Nature Of course not.
Throcksmorton Yes, absolutely.
Ahchie Yes.

Observed:

While Throcksmorton was taking one of his frequent power naps, the song "Safety Dance" caused him to dream that his legs were healed and he was dancing on the rooftops with angels. Later, during another doze, the song "Fast as a Shark" caused him to dream that a young Stephanie Zimbalist was straddling him while pounding furiously on his chest.

Words of the Day:

Saturday - Tethered, as in "That helicopter looks to be tethered to the power lines."

Sunday - Tonality, as in "Brother Nature had a frustrated tonality during the last wiffle game."
