New Rules:
1. No Troma movies allowed. (This was always understood, but never
officially in the rules until now.)
2. First time guests must cook if asked to do so.
3. You can have uneaten food on your plate by the end of the festival, with the exception of ding dongs. Ding Dongs must be fully consumed if taken. (This was never a problem until Dairy Queen Ershun attended.)
