November 5, 2003: Team Petey sanctioned for not representing Atlanta by at least one player that is not a kicker or tight end in week 9. Team Petey loses best player for the week (Ahman Green). Team Petey must use one roster move for week 10 to fill Green's roster spot.
October 23, 2003: Petey trade restriction sanction lifted, 11 point reduction per e-mail remains in effect
October 22, 2003: Petey sanctioned for conduct unbecoming. Reduced to one trade per week for rest of season. Shall have 11 points subtracted from total for each e-mail sent. Name shall be changed from Hairless Joe to Petey.
September 24, 2003: IKEA Boy sanctioned for filling four roster spots (RB, WR, TE, DEF) from one team (Baltimore) in week 3. IKEA Boy gets zero points for the roster spot that violated the three player maximum rule (RB). IKEA Boy must use one roster move for week 4 to fill that roster spot.
