The Egregious Error Tally was re-established with the flood of questionable moves in Week #4.

Playoffs:
Steamboy,
for failing to submit Playoff picks.

Tin Man, for submitting Playoff picks after Wild Card games were played.

Week 17:
Steamboy, for failing to submit Pick 'Em picks.

Sandman, 2 Egregious Errors, 1 for failing to submit Pick 'Em picks, and 1 for failing to submit a Last Man Standing team (4th offense).

Brother Nature, 1/2 Egregious Error, for failing to submit a valid Last Man Standing pick (1st offense). Brother Nature attempted to use a team he had already used earlier in the season (Pittsburgh).

Week 16:
Steamboy, for failing to submit Pick 'Em picks.

Tin Man, for failing to submit Pick 'Em picks.

Week 15:
Tin Man, 3 Egregious Errors, 1 for failing to name a valid Last Man Standing team (fourth offense), 1 for failing to represent San Francisco the required number of times, and 1 for starting Trent Dilfer every week even though Charlie Frye had been the starter for at least three weeks. For the Last Man Standing offense, Tin Man attempted to use Cleveland, who he had been barred from selecting in his week #14 sanction. For the failure to represent Frisco offense, Tin Man only represented the 49ers 8 times through the season. Every team must be represented at least 20 times during the season.

Steamboy, 2 Egregious Errors, 1 for failing to represent Green Bay the required number of times (13 times instead of 20), and 1 for failing to participate throughout the season, resulting in gross mismanagement, including keeping Byron Leftwich as his number two quarterback after he had gone down with a major injury three weeks ago, as well as keeping Ahman Green as his number two running back after he had gone down with a season ending injury eight weeks ago.

Brother Nature, for failing to represent hurricane ravaged New Orleans the required number of times (18 times instead of 20).

Week 14:
Tin Man, for not submitting a Last Man Standing team (third offense).

Sandman, for not submitting a Last Man Standing team (third offense).

Week 13:
The Diesel, for not submitting a Last Man Standing team (third offense).

Week 12:
Tin Man, for not submitting a Last Man Standing team (second offense).

Sandman, for not submitting a Last Man Standing team (second offense).

Week 11:
Tin Man, 1/2 for not choosing a Last Man Standing team (first offense)

Week 10:
Steamboy, for all three starting running backs being out with injury, as well as having five Tennessee players on their bye week. None of the six players listed at running back scored any points. This would be Steamboy's 7th egregious error of the season, which breaks his own record.

Week 9:
The Diesel, for not submitting a Last Man Standing team (second offense).

Tin Man, for playing M. Anderson, T. Bell, R. Smith, and the Denver defense in their bye week.

Week 7:
Sandman, 1/2 for not choosing a Last Man Standing team (first offense)

Steamboy, 2 Egregious Errors, 1 for not choosing a Last Man Standing team (fifth offense), and 1 for playing five players through their bye week.

Week 6:
The Diesel
, 1/2 for not choosing a Last Man Standing team (first offense). The Diesel twice attempted to choose a Last Man Standing team he had already chosen this season. After being notifiied that his initial choice (Indianapolis) had been used in week 5, The Diesel proceeded to choose another team (Seattle) that had been used before (in week 3).

Steamboy, for not selecting a Last Man Standing team for the second week in a row (fourth offense), as well as playing Ahman Green through Green Bay's bye week.

Week 5:
Steamboy
, for not selecting a Last Man Standing team (third offense).

Week 4:
Sandman
, for dropping Peyton Manning, Randy Moss, and Marvin Harrison in favor of Jake Delhomme, Darrell Jackson, and Terry Glenn. Manning (496), Harrison (356), and Moss (254) combined for 1106 points, while Jackson (184), Glenn (132), and Delhomme (261) combined for 577 points. Sandman's explanation ("Manning/Harrison hadn't done much all year so I benched them for a week - lesson learned. I didn't play Moss, Collins, or Janikowski as they went against Dallas and I did not want to root against Dallas") was not enough to sway the vote against an Egregious Error, for, as The Diesel appropriately analyzed, "Dropping Manning, Harrison, and Moss is like eating rat poison. Dropping just one of the most explosive fantasy players of the last two years after a mediocre 3 weeks is a bad decision, but to gamble on all three is very egregious. The downside to his roster moves heavily outweighed the positives to the point that he should be investigated for tossing in the season. Sandman's Dick Motta-esque style of "my way or the highway" no longer works in today's NFL. He needs to understand that while Indianapolis had previously under performed they also went 0 fer ? in the preseason because they sat every one of their fantasy studs. Week four could almost be considered their opening day and a true picture of what the Colts can do. Goodnight Little Motta, your moves, like your odor and your Blubockers are egregious."

Tin Man, for naming Kurt Warner his number one quarterback. Warner is injured (listed as "out" on the injury report) and did not play, marking the first time this season the rankings were used to fill an injured position. Since Warner was out, Plummer was added to Tin Man's roster (at 90% of his points). Had Tin Man used the Arizona quarterback who played in Warner's place (Josh McCown) as his number one, he could have had 545.6 points (496 points plus 49.6 points as the 10% bonus).
Instead he gets Plummer at 90%, which turns out to be 212.4 points.

Steamboy, 2 Egregious Errors, one for not submitting a Last Man Standing Team (second offense) and one for playing T. Jones, M. Muhammad, and the Chicago Defense in their bye week (no roster was submittted, so week 3 roster was used.) Steamboy's first offense on Last Man Standing came in week 2 when first he neglected to submit a team, then submitted a team after play for the week had already started, and finally submitted another team after realizing the games had started.
